FAQ’s

Q. Do you have a showroom where I can view your designs?
A. No we don't currently have a showroom but all our current designs are on our website.

Q. If I am outside of Merseyside, do you still take orders?
A. Yes, but we only take orders from within the Northwest and will charge accordingly for delivery.

Q. Is it possible to have fresh flowers on my wedding cake, rather than artificial or sugar flowers?
A. Yes, it is possible, but to ensure that the flowers do not come into contact with the food in terms of the Food Hygiene Act, we ask that customers provide their own flower arrangements. This way, the customer also has exactly what they want.

Q. I do not like fruit cake and therefore would prefer a three-tier sponge wedding cake, is this possible?
A. Yes, this is possible. You can even have a combination of sponge and fruit. Please note that the design and icing medium would need to be carefully considered as it is not possible to royal ice a sponge wedding cake as it does not have a firm base.

Q. Do you hire cake stands?
A. Yes, we charge £20 hire fee (inc £10 refundable deposit) for our round or square wedding cake stands and £50 hire fee (inc £40 refundable deposit) for our round Cup Cake Stand. Other stands may be available upon request.
